Use bluetooth headphone with Bluetooth adapter

There are two sets of User IDs and passwords that an individual can have on the Targus US website (http://www.targus.com/us) – one set of user ID and Password to access our FAQ Knowledge Base and the other one to shop online.

[1.] Targus FAQ Knowledge Base: This is the section where you can obtain online support, including drivers and answers to your questions, 24 hours every day. What’s more, you can also keep track of questions you’ve sent to your support group. You may create an account for this FAQ Knowledge Base using your e-mail address. Then access it by visiting our website http://www.targus.com/support and clicking on the tab “Login”. Alternatively, you may click on the link http://targus.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/targus.cfg/php/enduser/acct_login.php?p_next_page=myprofile.php.

If you have difficulties logging onto this section, click on the button “E-mail Me My Password” or contact our support center at 877-4TARGUS.

Note: You may change your password for the FAQ Knowledge Base by visiting the “My Stuff” tab and clicking on the section “Profile”, when you’re logged in.


[2.] Online Store: This is the section where you can shop on the Targus website – place fresh orders, review already placed orders, print invoices, track shipments, request a return and much more. Below is the information you’ll require in order to create and access your Online Store account.

User ID (for Targus Online Store): <You may use the same e-mail address (as used in the FAQ Knowledge Base) and password to create an account in this section.>
Password: <Your Password>

» Go to https://storeus.targus.com/ordersummary.aspx?culture=en-US to visit the “Order History” login page. Alternatively, you may visit http://www.targus.com/us, scroll to the bottom of the page to access the section “For online purchases” and click on the link “Order History”.
» Enter your User ID (e-mail address) and Password.
» Click on the “Order History” button.

Note: You may change your password for this section too by clicking on the link “Edit Account” at the bottom of the page, once you’re logged in.
